1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

• A 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
• The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival.
• Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of reservation.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 3 months (90 days) or more before arrival: The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 45 to 89 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellations made within 0 to 44 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged (no refund).
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE

• Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits.
• Travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability is strongly recommended.

4. HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Travelers should be in good health and consult their doctor regarding any necessary vaccinations before travel.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to inform the tour operator of any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance.

5. CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE

• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters.
• In cases of force majeure, the operator is not liable for delays, changes, or additional costs incurred.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY

• The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by third-party service providers, airlines, hotels, or transportation companies.
• Travelers participate in activities at their own risk and must adhere to local regulations and safety guidelines.

7. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip.
• The tour operator is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. CHILDREN AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
